SHIPPING
Once the item is placed, it takes 48 to 72 hours to process your order. After your order is
processed your package will be shipped. Shipping times are as follows:
Domestic US – First Class U.S. Postal Service (3-5 days)
International – International U.S. Postal Service (1-2 weeks)
Express – Overnight/ Express Shipping is available upon request. There is an additional

RETURN POLICY
Your item can be exchanged only, not returned. You may exchange your item for a
different size or a different style that is featured on ilovebdes.com, as long as it meets
the following requirements:
1. The item must be exchange within 5 days upon receipt, after 5 days your
exchange will not be granted.
2. The original tags must still be attached to the item.
3. There are no visible signs of wear and tear.
4. Your package will include a receipt and exchange slip, fill out the
exchange slip and pack it with the item when sending it back.
5. When shipping item back, you must purchase a tracking number and
insurance for the item valued at the retail price of the item.
6. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable and you will be
responsible for the return shipping fees.
7. When making an exchange, please allow 7 days for restocking and
processing of your new order.
